My fav lunch place- They have good options for bowls and pita-I loveee their chicken and rice bowl- Really good portions for price especially for lunch. I am in love with their Pita bread. Their lemonades are good too. At least go there twice a week for lunch!

My first time trying Cava! I came here for lunch on a weekday. I got the Chicken + Rice bowl with almost all the add ons. I really liked the Crazy Feta, Honey Harissa Chicken and the Harissa Sauce. Overall, the food was fresh, filling and delicious.

I absolutely adore CAVA, but I had not been near one in quite some time, so when I happened to be by this Jersey City shop, I eagerly went in for lunch. The place was bustling, with a line around the restaurant and many of the tables already taken. The crowd was making me a bit anxious, so I was thrilled to see that there were free outdoor tables a block over, near the water. I decided to get my meal to go and grab a seat where I could enjoy the warm weather and gorgeous view. I wound up building my own salad containing Super Greens, 3 dips (traditional hummus, roasted eggplant, red pepper hummus), a split of a "protein" portion into half grilled chicken and half roasted vegetables, a slew of the unlimited toppings (fiery broccoli, tomato and cucumber salad, fire-roasted corn, and kalamata olives), and a side order of the yogurt dill dressing. Aside from the roasted vegetables being a little overdone, the hefty bowl was really delicious and well worth the price. The ease and precision of compiling the ingredients was also a benefit. If you have not already checked out a CAVA, I would highly recommend it for a healthier, higher quality quick-service meal.

My favorite CAVA - great portions and friendly service. Pls fix the a/c - the a/c has been down for weeks and summer is stifling hot!

Ordered takeout: Built my own salad bowl to go with the Mi Nina Tortilla Chips I had at home since I am not a fan of the overly salted, dense, and oily pita chips that Cava offers. The salad bowl I built had half grilled chicken, half lamb meatballs, and added harrisa bbq chicken. The greens were a mix of splendid and super greens. Added in topping of fiery corn, broccoli, picked onion, and tomato and cucumbers. For dips, I chose harissa, eggplant dip, and crazy feta. And for dressing on the side, my two picks were Balsamic Date Vinaigrette and Yogurt Dill. The bowl was great but serving size was lesser than the price it came at. The dips were also of very less quantity, and the fiery corn and broccoli was little to none. I paid extra for extra protein but felt its absence tremendously. Still giving this a 4/5 because the taste was there, the seasoning was great, and the quality of what I did receive was mention-worthy. Only wish it was better value for money!

The kindest workers ever. Luis and Freddy the sweetest workers. Quick, efficient, and soo sooo friendly. I eat here almost everyday. Yaaaaa da best! Number 1, food is always fresh and hot.

Wow what a nice spot. I was walking to Dunkin' but my attention turned to Cava. I walked in and I was greeted by 2 employees. I've never been here and I'm new to the area. They were very patient with me, cause I wasn't sure what I wanted. I went with the sweet and spicy chicken pita. It was delicious! Everything was fresh as I watched the continuously adding fresh chicken and veggies. At the end of my experience a worker said " I hope you enjoy the pita" I really appreciated that he genuinely cared. I had to ask for there names Freddy & Naomi are superb! Honestly this was one of the best experiences.

FRESH! Like every single item in here is fresh, and bright! It's another Jersey City Lunch, and today we had Cava! Oh what a delight The person behind the corner can see the shear confusion and overwhelm written all over my face. As I'd never been there before. He welcomed me, and told me I didn't have to rush. I opted for a pita, w/ red pepper hummus, white rice, roasted veggies and grilled chicken, tomatoes and cucumbers, corn, and red onion. The cashier was also super patient while I registered for the Lotality program. I barely sat down before taking my first bit out of the warm fluffy stuffed pita It was absolutely delicious!! Well deserved 5 stars, no questions asked I can't wait to return and try different combinations

Great team works so hard every time Door dash people be bugging out running up in hot demanding shit Promote these people DEMOTE the girl with the attitude. I've been coming to this location for years. Last week I almost went off on the one girl who does the food. Don't go in there high with the munchies. She'll ruin your whole vibe. She was arguing with me about my order meanwhile I get the same thing each time. I'm odee basic. She assumed I wanted the order a certain way without asking me and she was pissed when I corrected her. Her energy was really bad and I don't have her serve me anymore. Don't want my food to get tainted or cross-contaminated with that bad attitude of hers. Her coworkers were not surprised. Is she going through a break up? Did her pay get shorted? Wtf was the reason for the unseasoned attitude? Because next time I'm dragging her to filth ! I will bring a Palo Santo with me next time.
